Purchased a home in Florida last March and have had the service shut on and off four times since we have the seasonal plan and are not down there year round. This last time which was last week I called to have it shut off until we return which is back in July.

Was informed that there is a $34 fee to shut off the services and that each time we do it then the fee gets charged.

How come when I subscribed to this plan there was no mention of this fee in addition to not be charged the last four times that I had the service shut down. Total rip off and will be filing a complain elsewhere since their communication is lacking

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $34.
