Bright House Networks - Bundle Review
I have had Brighthouse for 6 months now and for the last two months have had no internet and phone services and my cable is missing channels I should have every time, they schedule someone to come out they don't find the issue still no resolution and will not provide me with credit for services not working. To top it off I work from home this issue is not only affecting me it's causing problems with my career

Bright House Networks Internet Service Review
Me and my husband are very upset with this company that is now spectrum. We were paying for wifi internet. They jacked up our monthly charge $24.99 more per month for the same service. If this doesn't go back down we will be going else where for our wifi service. We've been with them for at least 8 years always payed on time. Such a scam!!!!

Bright House Networks - Review in Telecommunications category
Hello. My grand daughter passed away and I called and explained this to a representative. They didn't even try to help me when I told them what happened. I wanted to setup payment arrangements. The turned off my service and I was very hurt. We have custody off her son and they just want there money. I feel like with a crisis like this that they would understand but they didn't. It is sad when companies don't care about there customers. I hope that this doesn't happen to anybody else.
