My wife and i left Fl. In March 3rd it is now Sept 24th still fighting with B.H.

& Spectrum about putting our equipment on my credit saying this eqipment was never returned. But because i am determind to find out were our eqipment it was found on the 13th of Sept. And never notified by anyone until i called again and spoke with very nice lady named Tiffany. Then had to call back and get rude disrespectful customer service agent never gave name or did not want to pass me to supervisor.

But when i spoke to Another Rude Snotty SUPERVISOR. I hung up because i have been dealing with this for 7 months. And spent over 200 hrs on phone with these inept bunch of CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AND SUPERVISORS.

Left messages with several supervisors never even called back i have sent numerous emails to corprate team no responce. ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICES.
