A resident of Brevard County, FL for over 40 years. I am tired of the poor service, arrogant attitude of the only service provider in the area.
Brighthouse/Spectrum is a sham. There has been a name change, but it seems once a BH customer always a BH customer--unless one disconnects for a month.
I am amazed by the warning by Charter on their bills--"that if you call them, they will charge an additional $5/fee for having someone answer"
They say this fee is an industry standard.
Since when is customer service an added perk!
My pricing for internet only went up $20 dollars and the internet speed is about 2/3 slower --since the price increase. No changes in usage have happened on my part.
