We left Brighthouse because of the price increase almost a year ago. Yesterday my wife got a credit notification that her credit score dropped drastically 108 points.

It was for a final brighthouse bill that we never received for $118. When she found out about the $118 she paid it immediately on the phone with brighthouse. Today no one wants to help us with removing the the 108 point reduction from her credit. She is being bounced from WayPoint to Brighthouse and back three times so far today.

We are both pissed. 108 point drop for $118 really.
