I have had brighthouse for more than two years and they started out good and got progressivly worse. My internet service was good to start with but as the pricing increased, the service got worse.

I finally had enough when i was paying more or internet in Florida with brighthouse then i was for complete tv and internet in Virginia. I finally agreed to have them come out and "correct" the issue. After three hours and countless calls to customer service by myself and the tech, nothing was fixed.

I decided enough since the company didnt care enough to make it right. Do not go with brighthouse
