This spring I changed the debt card number on my account with BHN or Spectrum. BHN rejected the new card number and continued to seek payment on the closed card.
As a result BHN placed a restrict that requires me to make cash payments only. What is frustrating is I was never notified there is a problem with this account and the only way I found out about the problem was when I checked on the account the following month. I have called for the past four months to correct the problem and each time I go in to make the monthly cash payment. This is the only company I have this problem with.
The I don't care about the Customer attitude that Spectrum has is appalling.
My only recourse for now is to use the historic ATT service. And I rather not.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: remove the restriction for online payment.
