I am beyond livid with the customer service I have recently received from Bright House.I cancelled my service and set an appointment for them to come pick up their equipment.

They never showed up for the appointment so I rescheduled the appointment. I have had to go through the scheduling of the appointment process 4 times now WITHOUT THEM SHOWING UP. Also, I received a bill for over $200 because my equipment has not been returned.

I have continuously gone out of my way to be home from work in time for them, the lease they can do is actually show up.THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY UNCALLED FOR!!!!!!!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $200.

4 times they didnt show up. That doesnt seem possible. Maybe it's better you try something else.

Send them a bill for storage of their equipment effective the date of the first appointment they didn't keep. Maybe it will get their attention
