after 17 years of me being with Brighthouse, sorry Spectrum now. I wanted to reduce my plan, I was never told I would be going from brighthouse to spectrum, and that I would no longer have the nickelodeon, Disney channels, when I call back, they tried to nickle and dime me, that I am tier 1, and that would be tier 2 for an additional 12 bucks and if I wanted the other channel it would be an additional 12 dollars.

When I told them no, they tell me that I am an existing customer so I can not get new customer discount!! so me being with you for all these years meant nothing? then to have the nerve and try to upsell me again to basically what I was paying before?

NO Thank you, Direct TV sounds pretty good right about now. Horrible, just plain horrible.
