+terrible customer focus

this company will not send you a paper Bill and then it's like pulling teeth from a rattlesnake to get a bill online to review bill they told me a lie when I started the service that I would only have to use a card for the initial purchase and they will send you a paper bit that was a lot they have the most unfriendly staff website is not user friendly. I was on the phone all day trying to get a copy of my bill. the last Rep I spoke with hung up on me. I will pay this bill and get the *** out of Dodge I would not recommend Spectrum mobile. and I thought Frontier was bad these guys make Frontier look like the best come in the world and frontier is the worst up until now.

The worst network and they are so incompetent. Very bad service.

All our internet service is down since yesterday. We contacted bright house and they said they it till the next day which is s Saturday. We pleaded with them to send some one out earlier but they said no. My daughter who is studying for her finals was so distraught because she cannot complete her homework. I am so upset that I am going to switch back to u verse which is by far more a better carrier. I am going on social media to let all my friends and the world to know how terrible bright house is and what lousy service you have .

Cut of services and held for ransom

to contact them is like catching a sunbeam...not going to happen...I paid my bill to Brighthouse 3/29/19...I started their internet service on the 7th of March... Brighthouse became Charter Communication and took my money that was through my bank. I had to pay $37.99 to get my service restored for one day...then I was cut again for a while...the internet came on for about 5 minutes without audio and then was black gain. I tried to speak to these people but they are so elusive, you can't speak to anyone without being cut off. I think I will contact the Florida Atty. Gen. fraud division and see what they can do or go to the local media and go public.

They refuse to give prices

On 3/13/19 I tried calling them twice to discuss my bill. The first person told me there was nothing they could so even though I was paying far more than others with the same pkg and service over an extended period of time. The second person I spoke with was having difficulty understanding and kept pausing. She couldn't answer even the most basic question and then she put me back to waiting to talk to someone else. It is impossible to discuss their price guide, they either don't know or don't want to give out that info. When they called to have their representative rated I gave them a low score for their representative. When I did that they said that they were having problems and hung-up. They don't want to know the truth.

Agreed to subscribe to services identical to then current subscription from another service provider. The total monthly bill for a 12 month period quoted by your representative named Daniel Ramirez was $98.43. Installation and service started 1/15/2019. Just received the first bill for the period 1/15/19 - 2/14/19, in the amount of $140.67, an increase of $42.24. Where and what is the disconnect? Account # 00315485**-**

I hate bright house

The service sucks. Your internet never works properly. It's slow. They throttle your internet when your bill is late, late at night and near the end of the billing cycle. They over charge for what they provide. They will raise your rates without warning. They charge you to pay your bill over the phone and their pay service is never working through the website. They will take more money than they are supposed to from your bank if you link your account to them, then make you jump through hoops to get it back. The workers are all complicit in the fraud the company utilizes against consumers, but act like they have no responsibility because they're just doing their jobs. Internet service should not be as expensive as it is. I pay nearly 100 just for internet and it's not worth it, but then these companies have lobbied for laws that make it impossible not to function in society without internet. They're just forcing people out of participating. I'm not willing to pay this much for what they offer. It *** me off that others think this is okay. I hope a *** tornado and or climate change destroys these companies infrastructure. I'd rather go back to the days of no internet than to pay these *** this much money.

It would appear that either or your computer did not put me on Holiday therefore I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT FOR THIS USEAGE. I AM NOT SURE OF THIS COST. I THINK THAT AN OFFICIER OF THE COMPANY CAN LOOK AT THIS AND CAN ADJUST THIS CHARGE. I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS THEREFORE WE SHOULD WORK TOGETHER TO KEEP BOTH OF US HAPPY. Credit score screwed for 118 dollars

We left Brighthouse because of the price increase almost a year ago. Yesterday my wife got a credit notification that her credit score dropped drastically 108 points. It was for a final brighthouse bill that we never received for $118. When she found out about the $118 she paid it immediately on the phone with brighthouse. Today no one wants to help us with removing the the 108 point reduction from her credit. She is being bounced from WayPoint to Brighthouse and back three times so far today. We are both pissed. 108 point drop for $118 really.

Disregard for Customers

This spring I changed the debt card number on my account with BHN or Spectrum. BHN rejected the new card number and continued to seek payment on the closed card. As a result BHN placed a restrict that requires me to make cash payments only. What is frustrating is I was never notified there is a problem with this account and the only way I found out about the problem was when I checked on the account the following month. I have called for the past four months to correct the problem and each time I go in to make the monthly cash payment. This is the only company I have this problem with. The I don't care about the Customer attitude that Spectrum has is appalling. My only recourse for now is to use the historic ATT service. And I rather not.

What is wrong with this company?

We have been considering "cutting the cable" and were sent to the retention department and conviced that we wouldn't be happy. For the privilege of paying $10.00 more a month we would have to allow the to chane equipment. Fine appt made for 9/14 5-6 pm. No call no show. Got a robo call cust svc call on appt. What freaking appt?? No one showed up. 2 calls 40 mins in length appt now escalated will be 1st call on Sat. No call back. I call back on hold 30 mins agent says there is no escalation and no appt is scheduled? WTF!!! Ask for manager he says she was wrong there IS an escalation. Another appt made for 9/15 7-8 pm. Guess what? Another freaking no call no show. Another 30 min call of being on hold. Again told @9:30 pm. Someone will call the next day. Nope, i want a manager. Back on hold for another 20 mins. Manager won't take call tells agent to tell me I need to call tomorrow. What!!??2 1/2 hours on hold nothing done? I am now on the hunt for new service. This company has the most atrocious cust svc i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been given every excuse from ppl are out of service, ppl are calling in for a fight it's Friday, it's busy in Clearwater. I mean seriously! Another hour on the phone retention dept tells me we don't even need them to come out after all he could take care of it over the phone?????!!!!!!

In and out, in and out .

Can't watch one complete movie since we've had spectrum without loosing our internet sometimes for a few mins sometimes for an hour . We tried there trouble shooting which didn't work now they are telling us the we must pay for a tech to come out to check it can you believe that ? Service that didn't work right from the start which we pay for overpriced i might add . I hope the government shuts these crooks down ! In michigan like they did in nyc they should not be allowed to get away with what they are doing . I was also put onto suspension from my job a few months back for the bad internet service .Enough is enough these guys need to roast . Let's ban spectrum! From all states .

Continued bad service at higher prices from BH-Spectrum

A resident of Brevard County, FL for over 40 years. I am tired of the poor service, arrogant attitude of the only service provider in the area. Brighthouse/Spectrum is a sham. There has been a name change, but it seems once a BH customer always a BH customer--unless one disconnects for a month. I am amazed by the warning by Charter on their bills--"that if you call them, they will charge an additional $5/fee for having someone answer" They say this fee is an industry standard. Since when is customer service an added perk! My pricing for internet only went up $20 dollars and the internet speed is about 2/3 slower --since the price increase. No changes in usage have happened on my part.

NO LOYALTY TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS

after 17 years of me being with Brighthouse, sorry Spectrum now. I wanted to reduce my plan, I was never told I would be going from brighthouse to spectrum, and that I would no longer have the nickelodeon, Disney channels, when I call back, they tried to nickle and dime me, that I am tier 1, and that would be tier 2 for an additional 12 bucks and if I wanted the other channel it would be an additional 12 dollars. When I told them no, they tell me that I am an existing customer so I can not get new customer discount!! so me being with you for all these years meant nothing? then to have the nerve and try to upsell me again to basically what I was paying before? NO Thank you, Direct TV sounds pretty good right about now. Horrible, just plain horrible.

Supervisor called me a liar

He said the reason my service was going in and out was because my bill was past due...its on auto deduct...im so hating my choice now..they wont even give me tgd proper credit for not being able to watch tv after 9pm..signal goes out every night....
