2 times I was told,by tech in office&service tech at my house,on demand does not work hasn't worked since take over.tech at my house told me his job was to be here at service call time and waste 1 hour of his and my time to make a showing as far as on demand service tough your screwed. he left and I called costomer service to see if I could be compensated for diminished value of my service iwas told take it or leave it your screwed wow I just left frontier because of their crap and here we go again
