My complex had 3 cable outages this month...every time Brighthouse will not come out to fix it..due to not enough customers called to declare it an outage...but they want me to make an appointment for a tech to come out and check my equipment!!!!...how many times do I have to tell them ...everyone who has Brighthouse in my complex cable isn't working!!!! why doesn't Brighthouse have some kind of technical know how to inform them when their equipment is not working and there is an outage somewhere...instead of relaying on word of mouth!!!...
